I got the opportunity to be in a flash mob for Oreo's 100th birthday celebration...it was so much fun. It wasn't exactly like the other flash mobs I had seen on YouTube...with a million people there and dancers just appearing out of nowhere. Because this one had a sponsor they had to make everything a little more obvious, like we all had to wear pure black, and when we began dancing we all had to be out there. Flash Mob America is the company that put it all together. You can like them on Facebook and then register with them from there. If they have a project in your area they will let you know. The best part...I totally got paid to do this :) How awesome is that?

Big Buddha from Fox 13 news was there doing a broadcast...had to have a picture with him!
Not only did this kid dance with us...but he had awesome shoes! He is 11 yrs old, his mom and 3 younger sisters all danced with us. The next Flash mob I will have my kids do it...the older girls will love it. Although my 6 yr old knew the dance better than I did.
And of course I needed a picture with Mr. Oreo himself :)
This was a great experience and will definitely do it again, the weather was a little cold, but it could have been way worse.
