Life keeps going...

This post is going to be a mish mash of recentish events haha...enjoy!

First...Shawn and I had the opportunity to serve Thanksgiving lunch at a local Senior Center.

It was the first time I had ever wore a hair net...I love new adventures :)

I have the opportunity to serve with the Young Women in our church...for one of the activities we made graham cracker Temples. Shawntell and I are goofy!

Austin turned 10. He is such a funny kid! He wanted to take a birthday picture looking like an old man that is 110...he put on sunglasses and said they were his bifocals, put on a fake mustache, and found a stick to turn into a cane. Then he said he wanted the picture to be in black and white so he looked older.

As a family we went down town and saw the lights on Temple Square.

Shawntell decided to cut her hair and donate over 10 inches to Locks of Love. It was a great decision...and she looks beautiful with the new hair cut.

And before you know it...Christmas was here.

The kids all got matching hats!
As part of my Christmas, Shawn bought us tickets to go and see Mannheim Steamroller in concert! It was so magical...a must do! I loved every second of it.

Then New Years Eve!!! We had some friends over to our house to play games and eat food...always a fun time!

And to end the year or rather begin the new year we celebrated Shawns birthday!

And this picture shows his super powers of "laser eye site"!

What a busy/fun filled/growing/stressful year 2013 was. We made it through with our chins held high...can't wait to see what 2014 has in store for us :)
