This is the Ashby clan in their Halloween glory. Paige says to me earlier that day, (mind you she is 9 1/2 years old)" What if I decided NOT to go trick-or-treating? " Next she will be asking to hang out with her friends instead of going with the family. I informed her that trick-or-treating was a privilege and she didn't have to go, but when she gets older she won't be allowed to go, because it is for little kids only. Dad must have taken the picture because he forgot to turn the red eye flash on. Oops! Oh well, it's not like the whole world will see this picture.
Geez, I can't wait till my kids don't want to trick-or-treat anymore. I hate it. Oh, wait, that would mean they're older...don't like that either. Sighhhh, guess I'll put up with the candy begging once a year.
